Adjudicate Australia is a trading name of The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA). IAMA was founded in 1975 and is Australia's peak Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. IAMA is the only organisation as an Authorised Nomination Authority ( ANA) registered in each state of Australia with building and construction industry payments legislation.
